So today I started my first day of MAD ABS MARCH! YAY!!! (^_^) Feeling Really GOOD! (Side planks were actually a lot harder to do to do than what I had expected…but I got it DONE!) I’m a try my best to stay consistent & eat healthy as well. [I will be updating post throughout the day]
